Most of us know and already used a search engine, Right? What's the purpose of search engine to your blog?

Of course, you're doing blog because of many reasons, maybe you want to share your thoughts or ideas, emotions, earn money online promote something, as your journal, or any other reason.

Each blogger has a reason why they blog. And each blog should have a listener. Your listener is your readers and visitors. You can also learn from your listeners by their reactions through their comments.  It's not good when no one read or listen of what you've blogged, write, talk about or shared something even you have a passion in writing.

You're dancing gracefully and with amazing steps alone at your four-sided house. Of course, no one noticed that you're a good dancer, unless you're dancing at the center of the city or dancing with friends.
People will see how a good dancer you are through what they've seen and word of mouth.

Blogging is just like dancing that no one read or visit to your blog if you haven't exposed and shared it worldwide through online even you have an interesting topic of your blog. And that's the time SEO comes.

Sharing, optimizing your blog is a process of SEO or Search Engine Optimization. SEO is the tool to gain a traffic or visitor to read and give a reaction to your blog.

SEARCH ENGINE

You used search engine because you want to find something. When you search you will type a certain word or phrase. And that word you typed is called the keywords. Keyword is the most important thing in SEO. 
When you have the search result you will see the Top 10 Search Results at the first page from all the millions of a site exist according to the word you've used. To on the first or second page of the search results is your main goal so all you need is the power of SEO.

Bottomline:
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. A tool or process in optimizing your website or blog, to win a spot of search results. SEO is also a tool to gain traffic or earn online.
