from Colon St: 21B jeep just stop at Plaza Indepedencia or 02B to Pier 1 just stop near the gate to Fort San Pedro
from Highway: 21B jeep just stop at Plaza Indepedencia
from provinces: stop at South Bus Terminal and walk along EMall. Find a jeep with 21B sign number.
