This day I'm now officially registered as a voter in the City of Mandaue in the Province of Cebu in the Philippines.
I'm a first time voter and not so familiar what to do for registration but of what I've observed to the people their also for registration is that they have many reactions for the process of getting the Voter's Identification.
As I've heard they say "It so hassle to find your name personally in the list of registered voters. I've already fall in line for 3 weeks but nothing happens for my Voter's ID." When they said to the officer in charge "It so hassle. It's better not to vote" - they reply "Yah! you better not to vote to make lessen our task here".
Voter's said "Why is the voter should be the one to find my name than them"
Please Solve Election Office.
